To be completed 6-months after the RSCOP approval
Following at least six (6) months of on-site facilitation, ZWF and property management will assess the property’s refuse flow and evaluate opportunities to improve its recovery rate. The evaluation should include a review of service levels, right-sizing opportunities, and changes to increase recovery through recycling and composting, which may also qualify the property for a higher recovery discount on the Recology bill.

Provide a 6-month progress update summarizing findings an any recommended actions. Provide a written explanation if setting a recovery rate goal is not feasible, based on observed site conditions, building constraints, and learnings from implementation.
