Any person or company that transports mixed construction and demolition (C&D) debris originating from San Francisco jobsites must obtain a permit for each debris box, vehicle and/or vehicle towing a trailer that is used to collect and transport mixed C&D debris. This application must be completed and submitted to the San Francisco Environment Department (SFE) to obtain a permit(s) for the transport of mixed C&D debris.
This application form is not for a street space permit. A separate street space permit through San Francisco Public Works is required to temporarily occupy a portion of a public roadway. Additional information can be found at this link.
